If a member or donor disputes a general charge or donation, and the charge or donation was made in error, the charge will be reversed and the donation will either be refunded or credited toward another charge.

If an event for which a charge or donation was made is canceled and not rescheduled, the donor will be given the option to apply the donation to a different charge, or to receive a refund.
